Refund Policy
Designly is free. There is nothing to buy, so there is nothing to refund. This page exists to say that plainly rather than to leave you wondering.

Where things stand today
Every feature is available to everyone: every template, every export format, unlimited slides, no watermark held hostage behind a paywall. There is no billing page because there is no billing.
Why there is no refund window
A refund policy normally tells you how many days you have to change your mind. Quoting a number here would be inventing a rule for a transaction that cannot happen — which is the sort of copied-in boilerplate that makes people stop trusting legal pages.
So: no window, no conditions, no exclusions, no process. Nothing has been paid, so nothing can be returned.
If you were charged for Designly
Then it was not us. Designly has no payment integration at all. Anyone charging for access to Designly is doing so without our involvement, and any refund would have to come from them.
We would want to know about it regardless — reselling access as though it were your own product breaches our Terms of Service. Tell us via 1619.in.
If paid plans ever launch
Designly may add a paid tier one day. If that happens, this page will be rewritten before anything is sold — with a real refund window, the conditions attached to it, the process for requesting one, and how long the money takes to come back.
Two commitments about that moment. Paid features would be additions, not a fence around what is free today. And nothing you already made would be taken away or locked behind the new tier.
Until this page says otherwise, treat Designly as free — because it is. The “last updated” date at the top always reflects the current text.
